The staff was exceptionally nice and my stay was great, would come here again. Great-sized rooms. - Amazing breakfast, best ever had, with pastries, smoothies, different dishes.

Our stay was such great, truly enjoyed the hotel and would come here again. The place was homey and ideal and the staff were pleasant, the location was ideal in a Tourist Hub. The breakfast was absolutely superb and amazing and provided with jams, pancakes and also pastries;)))

The king room was fantastic - loved chilling in there with the air conditioning and the top-notch shower 🚿.

Super friendly staff who are always ready to help out, plus they offer a free wake-up call service and can even take care of your ironing for you. the rooms here are top-notch, with air conditioning to keep you cool and all the amenities you need. Oh, and did I mention the awesome garden where you can relax and unwind? 🌿

The hotel is located on a hidden street next to the train station, making it convenient for exploring the Cinque Terre towns or taking a stroll in Levanto. The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional, going above and beyond to assist with any questions and reservations. Their friendly and helpful attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and enough space for families. Having separate balconies allowed us to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, including delicious extras like French toast, eggs, and smoked salmon. The staff also made espresso drinks to order, ensuring a great start to the day.

This hotel's location is excellent with easy access to the beach and train station on foot. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. We enjoyed the availability of free bikes, as well as the afternoon snacks. the markets and shops nearby enhance the experience.

The hotel's exterior could use some updating to improve its curb appeal for potential guests.

This hotel in a quieter area, tucked away on a hidden street next to the train station, was a great find. The staff provided a very warm welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and pleasant, with excellent water pressure in the shower. We also appreciated the attention to detail, with all the basic amenities provided and extra facilities like lounge chairs in the garden area where we could relax and enjoy the cool breezes. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the train station and a small supermarket, making it convenient for exploring the Cinque Terre towns or taking a local bus ride up into the hills above the town. The breakfast was also excellent, with a nice selection and the option to order your own eggs. We felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the variety of amenities at the hotel. The staff spoke fluent English and were extremely helpful. They offered alternative parking options and provided a free mobile phone for our use. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and the coffee was fantastic. We also appreciated that beach towels, hair conditioner, and bikes were available for our use.

Great location, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast was amazing, we had plenty of options to choose from and we could order eggs any way we liked. The room was comfortable and clean, we had enough space to move around and store our stuff.

The staff wasn't very helpful when we asked for recommendations on what to do in the city. We expected a little more enthusiasm to help us make our city trip a great experience.

The hotel offered a great breakfast with a variety of options, including hot egg choices. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee, cakes, and fruits available at any time. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the old town and offering easy access to the beach and restaurants. The friendly and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was that the room numbers were indicated with special artistic letters, which caused confusion when our room's letter was flipped. It would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer indications for room recognition.
